Larry J. Kramer worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for more than 8 years. He represented both individuals and large, multi-national corporations. He handled cases for UPS, Turner Construction Company, Donald Trump, The Trump Organization, Toys R Us, AFC Construction, Posillico Construction, Federated Department Stores as well as many other well known companies. His caseload included Motor Vehicle Accidents, Pedestrian knockdowns, Bicycle Accidents, Truck Accidents, Bus Accidents, Products liability/Malfunctions, Trip and Fall Accidents, Premises liability, Food Poisoning, Elevator Accidents, Escalator Accidents, Stairway Accidents, Building collapses, Property damage due to fires, floods etc., as well as a very heavy concentration of construction accident cases. In fact, Mr. Kramer received several awards for outstanding performance, while at Liberty Mutual, from senior level attorneys.

After more than 8 years with Liberty Mutual, Mr. Kramer established The Law Offices of Larry J. Kramer. Mr. Kramer has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions ranging from minor accidents to severe accidents resulting in wrongful death. He has conducted more than 2,000 hearings on behalf of the City of New York . Mr. Kramer continues to represent defendants on behalf of 5 insurance carriers. Additionally, Mr. Kramer was approved as defense counsel for the MTA, however, he declined the offer because of a case pending against the Transit Authority.

Mr. Kramer has represented a wide variety of injured plaintiffs who were involved in all kinds of accidents.
